What is M-stores
M-stores is a mobile and web application, that helps people in sales business to run, manage, control and track their stock, sales, profit and expenses. It is the most convenient way of managing small to medium scale businesses by providing an easier way of tracking their status of business and helping them to make the right decision and plans for the business.
How to join M-stores
- 1. Go to play store in your phone, search M-Stores, download and install the application for app
- 2. Click here for web
- 3. Click on any link in this website (Get App and Web)
- i. Launch the m-stores app or the website.
- ii. Register to m-stores by entering your name, phone number, email and password.
- iii. An email confirmation code will be sent to you email, and you will be required to input it to validate your email for security and reports purpose.
- iv. After verifying your email, you will be prompted to login using your email and password created.
- v. If credentials are correct, you will be directed to a page to validate your phone number. A code will be sent to your phone number that you registered with, or you the number you will enter by tapping edit phone number.
- vi. After successfully verifying your phone number, you will be directed to another page to create your shop. You will be required to enter the shop name, select the shop category and select the location of the shop. You are allowed to create more than one shop. If you create more than one shop, you will be required to select the shop to use. This will be selecting the shop to use for that time only or use the shop always. if you select use "This time only", every time you open the app you will be required to select a shop to use, if you select "Yes" the shop you have selected will be the default shop, if you need to change the shop to use, you will need to tap on "My shop" at the navigation panel and select a new shop.
- vii. After selecting the shop to use, you will be directed to your shop dashboard, for security purpose, the app will be closing or app session expiring and a need to login, this will help in your protecting your shop details like profit, sales, stock etc, you will be required to set your m-stores pin, the pin will be used in accessing the app.
- viii. After setting your pin successfully. Congratulations and welcome to m-stores. You have successfully joined M-stores. All the best in your business. You can noe go through the app, and enjoy your sales and profit rising
How to create M-Stores account
What services does M-stores offer?
- 1. Monitoring tool. On the M-stores dashboard, there is two categories - Details part.
- i. Part one represents sales. This will display a single day sales by default. But if you select weekly sales, monthly sales or yearly sales, total sales for the selected period will be displayed here.
- ii. Part two represents profit. This will display a single day profit by default. But if you select weekly sales, monthly sales or yearly sales, total profit for the selected period will be displayed here.
- iii. Part three represents stock. This will display available stock for this particular shop.
- iv. Part one represents expenses. This will display a single day expenses by default. But if you select weekly sales, monthly sales or yearly sales, total expenses for the selected period will be displayed here. - graph part
- i.Part one represents sales graph. This will display the bar for each month of the current year by default. This is will be the total monthly sales. There is an option to select a particular year, the graph will display each month bar of the selected year.
- ii. Part two represents profit graph. This will display the bar for each month of the current year by default. This is will be the total monthly profit. There is an option to select a particular year, the graph will display each month bar of the selected year.
- iii. Part three represents expenses graph. This will display the bar for each month of the current year by default. This is will be the total monthly expenses. There is an option to select a particular year, the graph will display each month bar of the selected year.
- 2. Stock management. - This involve adding and removing stock.
- 3. Sales management. - This involve adding, editing and deleting stock.
- 4. Expenses management. - This involve adding, editing, view paid, unpaid and partially paid sales, removing stock.
- 5. Customers management. - This involve adding and removing customers.
- 6. Employees management. - This involve adding and removing employees.
- 7. Personal or business budget control. - This involve controlling the money you have for personal use or business use, separate the needs and usage to help in planning and saving.
- 8. Business Loans. - M-Stores will be providing short term and soft loans to it's clients, to help them grow and boost thir business.
